Both of these just wrapped up in Harvest Creek in New Plymouth, and both are the Payette floor plan: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pocket office, all on one level in about 1,665 square feet. Nine-foot ceilings, custom Huntwood cabinets, quartz counters, and a boat bay in the garage.
