Penny Dey, owner of Atlantic East Nantucket Real Estate, first came to Nantucket on family vacations while she was growing up. Many vacationers come to the Island and rent a home for a short stay, which leads them to the dream of owning their own property on Nantucket. If they are fortunate enough to achieve that dream, renting their property to other vacationers helps defray the cost of their mortgage and home maintenance.

Atlantic East is so fortunate to have Angel Conrad Frazier on our team. Not only is she a Nantucket native, but her lineage on the Island dates back to 1815. If anyone knows a thing or two (and a plethora more) about how special Nantucket is, it’s Angel.

She has owned and operated a successful Nantucket business for over 20 years providing her with the experience that has led her to manage several of her own rental properties as well as building projects. Angel has the insight into what it takes to buy, build and rent on Nantucket.

In her free time, Angel enjoys jetting off to other parts of the globe, however, nothing brings her as much joy as coming home to Nantucket and spending time with her three children to enjoy all the unique experiences her home town offers.

Whether you are a first time guest to the island or a seasoned visitor, Angel stands ready to share her extensive knowledge of Nantucket real estate and provide the highest standard of service in finding a client their “piece” of the island.

Contact her today at 508-367-9557.

Do you even Daffodil? 🤔

According to Atlantic East’s very own Mary Malavase, just about anyone can!

Mary has participated in the annual festival since its inception in 1975 and has been an active member of the Nantucket Garden Club since 1989. What she loves most about the Daffodil Festival and Show is that it’s truly a community event for all.

“Daffodils are easy to grow but even people who can’t garden can submit flower arrangements and photography for the show.”

Although the season for blooms is waning, Mary urges those inspired by the celebrations to start considering next season now. “The bulbs are easy to plant in the fall.” Keep an eye on your favorite varieties available at the garden center!
