Ticcoma Green is taking shape. 🏗️

Progress has been moving steadily since we broke ground back in March. Foundations are now in place, and our crews continue to install underground utilities and infrastructure in preparation for the next phase of vertical construction.

One step closer to providing 64 affordable and workforce apartment homes, that will help strengthen Nantucket's year-round community.

Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm throughout this journey! We look forward to sharing more milestones as construction continues toward anticipated occupancy in Spring/Summer 2027! 💙

Big things are happening on the island! 🛠️⚓️ Yesterday, we gathered to break ground on our 64 new apartment homes. This project reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to quality housing, advancing long-term sustainability, and strengthening the fabric of Nantucket, and we couldn't be more excited to see this vision start to take shape.

A huge thank you to everyone—from the Town of Nantucket to our incredible development partners—who showed up to support this milestone.
