Hello and happy Tuesday!

I know what everyone was looking for today searching through their news feed so I decided to provide it myself.

This is a quick snapshot of the city of Napa housing market for all homes sold in the price range of $450,000-$649,999 detailing the average price per square foot over the last 15 months. With the lowest month being January of 2019 at $377 and November 2019 being the highest at $452 they are for the most part hovering around the low $400's.

For home owners this is a good way to get an idea of what your home could be worth. For buyers in the market, it will give you an indication of what to expect when you are looking for homes in this price range.

Now exact numbers are not what I want you to focus on here, more so the stability of value in the property of Napa. Waiting for "the market crash" will leave you in the same situation one year longer and one year less of potential equity you could have been putting into your home.
