Comments: Jim was a courteous and hard working representative as a sellers agent. He was always honest
and understanding. He explained situations well and was able to see things from all sides. Most importantly,

Comments: We had purchased the home that we just sold and Jim Vanoli was our sales rep. His expertise is
professional and personable. Jim's plan of buying and selling our properties are presented with very

Comments: We initially met Jim at an open house. We planned to buy an existing home. Then we ended up
identifying a small new home development that we really liked (and in which we ultimately bought). Although
the deal was much smaller for him than we initially anticipated, he provided the same level of attention and
service, which was really appreciated. We have the perspective of dealing with two realtors at the same time -
one on our sale and the other on our purchase. The opportunity for direct comparison reinforced that Jim was
great to deal with Jim. If we were asked to choose between the two realtors, Jim is the one who would get the
