Leveraging his astute business sense, marketing skills and background in hospitality, Chris Meadors serves as Vice President of the Hillary Ryan Group. Specializing in the marketing and sale of vineyard properties, luxury estates, land sales, starter homes and investment properties, Chris is known for his responsiveness, solution-oriented mindset and enthusiastic approach to real estate. Committed
to provide his clients with a superior standard of support and service, Chris listens carefully throughout the transaction process. Adept at helping people identify their needs, he has earned referrals and trust by setting clear expectations and focusing on analyzing every situation from the perspective of his clients. Having spent 11 years with Marriott Hotels in convention sales, Chris is a customer service and communications expert who has received advanced training in sales and marketing. A graduate of Boston University, where he earned a degree in Hospitality, he has excelled by adjusting his services to the needs, schedules, and timelines of his clients, providing useful research and open, honest communications. Since leaving the corporate world behind in favor of the opportunity to help his clients and friends shape a brighter financial future through the purchase and sale of real estate, Chris has built relationships as a result of his ability to negotiate with tact and precision, warm demeanor and organizational skills. With a vast network of professional alliances, he is often able to find properties that are not available on the open market, identify solutions to obstacles in a transaction and deliver seamless, successful closings. A resident of the Bay area since 2006, Chris has a thorough knowledge of Napa Valley, Sonoma town and the surrounding markets, which he has used to help first time buyers, investors, developers and sellers of estate homes. Chris is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, where he invests in rental properties and operates a small real estate development business with his father and sister. He leverages his experience in Nashville to enhance his offerings to his clients in California. When he isn’t busy helping his clients or serving his community in various capacities (former basketball coach of Sonoma Valley High freshman team), Chris enjoys traveling with his wife, playing basketball and finding opportunities to get outside, whether going mountain biking, snowboarding or wake boarding. Spending time with family, finding live music, hosting BBQs for friends and playing with his dogs are some of Chris’ other favorite activities.
