Carl's journey began with humble beginnings as a South Dakota farm boy. In the mid-1950s, he joined the Air Force and was stationed at Travis Air Force Base, where he served as a flight line mechanic. Following his military service, Carl joined IDS, a San Francisco-based investment firm, where he excelled as a salesman, specializing in selling investments. In 1976, Carl ventured into the real estate industry, eventually establishing his own brokerage. By the mid-1980s, he had expanded the business to include both residential property management and sales, which are the two real estate services offered by the company today. Many would describe him as a self-made man!
Lisa, a Napa native, graduated from Vintage High School and went on to attend the University of California at Chico, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Driven by her passion for interpersonal interactions, Lisa began her career in the retail industry, steadily advancing to a management position. In 1998, Lisa decided it was time to join her father at Hammond Realty, bringing with her the gift of exceptional customer service. Under her father's mentorship and with her keen attention to detail, Lisa quickly became a highly trusted and sought-after real estate professional.
