Carbon Monoxide is a odorless, colorless and tasteless gas that is harmful if not deadly after long term exposure. It is a byproduct of some of the homes appliances such as water heater, gas dryer furnace. I recommend you have at least one carbon monoxide detector installed near the bedrooms of your home for preventative maintenance. Have you tested yours lately?

I know I know metal fences are not the most attractive. However when you've seen as many failed wood fence posts as I have you just can't compare the longevity of metal fence posts. Not to mention it makes repairing the rest of the fence a snap.😉

Great house, staged and very presentable. Then there is this dirty bird! This is typical in roughly 90% of the proerties I inspect.
Ajax Tip: This will always be called out on a home inspection and regular cleaning/filter change out is always recommended. 👍🏻
