Dale is a native of Northern California and lived in Napa, Solano, Sonoma and Marin counties. He has a strong background in finance, business and property management. Dale worked for 17 years in the investment business as a retirement plan specialist and Financial Consultant for a large investment firm prior to joining Sheré in 2002. Dale is very familiar with property issues, land sales, trusts and management. Dale has been a trustee for, and in a management group for 25 plus years on over 7,000 acres of agricultural land. He is very familiar with the important role of trustee and manager. Dale earned the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert. His strong negotiating skills are a valuable benefit to both buyers and sellers. Dale's clients value his warm, approachable demeanor, his easy going nature and honesty, as well as his outstanding sales record. Sheré knows Napa; it has been her home since 1964. She began a personal passion in 1999 when she began her Real Estate sales career. Her first year with RE/MAX she was awarded “Rookie of the Year”, and it has been uphill since then. Sheré has received the coveted “Hall of Fame” award from RE/MAX International for her consistent high level of production over many years. She has experience with all types of real estate sales; private party, Trustee, Conservatorship and Probates sales. Sheré has completed a number of sales for trustees, including the Napa County Conservator’s Office. Sheré has achieved the designations of Luxury Home Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert. Sheré’s care and dedication to her clients shows in her impressive ability to match people with property. It is very important to Dale and Sheré to give back to their community. Dale is a member of Napa Sunrise Rotary. Dale and Sheré support a number of local organizations; Queen of the Valley Hospital, Younglife, Molly's Angels, Shannon Lemieux Scholarship Fund, local schools and others.
