Lee has been in the real estate environment since childhood as his father was a broker who built a successful multi-office business with as many as 19 agents. Admin, Real Estate & Marketing, but with interest rates topping 17% at the time, he decided to postpone his real estate career temporarily for a career in technology. For 25+ years he achieved top sales awards from individual contributor and leadership positions (VP Sales) at both major corporations and start-ups. In every first-to-market technology, from fax, voicemail, speech recognition, unified messaging and VoIP; Lee was at the forefront. Since becoming a Realtor, no longer traveling nationally, Lee has been able to engage in the local community, sitting on multiple local non-profit boards, cofounding a local business referral group, NapaBusinessAdvantage.com, and serving as President/VP/Past President for the Napa Chapter of NorBAR, MLS. Applying the same work ethic, high integrity and professionalism utilized in the corporate world is paying dividends for his clients. He is also a certified Life Coach, which gives him an edge as an effective communicator. Lee's philosophy is first and foremost to leverage his expertise and experience to protect his clients and optimize their value.
