Save this for when you want a quick, summertime snack.
Homemade Salsa:
Any large tomato you prefer (I used two large vine tomatoes 🍅)
One red pepper without seeds
One jalapeño with seeds left in (you can use a habanero if you like really hot) 🥵
One onion peeled and halved
4-5 garlic cloves
Cover with olive oil and kosher salt
Roast for 15 min 375 degrees
Homemade Tortilla Chips:
Cut corn tortillas into triangles
Cover with olive oil and kosher salt
Roast for 10 min at 375
Let salsa cool before serving.
