A lot has changed recently in the real estate industry, but what hasn't changed are the agents who have made the commitment of excellence on their clients behalf. I feel incredibly honored to be named one of Chicago Magazine's Top Selling Agents!
Congrats to my fellow colleagues and a giant thank you to my clients and their continued support and referrals to their friends and family.

One of my favorite quotes by motivation expert Paul J Meyer states: "Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort."

I'd like to think that this statement reflects my business model and my goal is to add incredible value not only to a real estate transaction, but to my clients lives overall.

Just like the rare occurrence of a total eclipse, we're witnessing another unique phenomenon in the real estate market this April!
In Illinois, it's a seller's market - inventory just cannot keep up with demand.
However, in many states, especially Florida, the real estate scene has shifted into a buyer's market. I was just able to help my clients sell high and now my clients are relocating to a State with high inventory to buy low.
With more available inventory and less competition, buyers have the chance to make their move with favorable prices and negotiations.
Rarely does the real estate market present a Sell High, Buy Low scenario. Well, here it is!

I'm very extremely honored to have been named 2023 Top Perfomer with 59 transactions for $17.1 million in sales, our John Greene Title Services Agent Of The Year, Elead Closer Of The Year, and Presidents Club Member. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to achieve these milestones and I must thank all my clients and the support staff and management at john greene Realtor. Received this plaque in the mail yesterday, what an absolute honor it was being nominated earlier this year to be in the top 1.5% of agents in Amercia for transactions. Beyond Humbled.. I am absolutely unbelievably honored to have another top performing month in July and to be in RealTrends + Tom Ferry America's Best. I have been recognized in the top 1.5% of more than 1.6 million licensed Realtors nationwide. Also, out of just over 50,000 agents in Illinois I got ranked #154.
