2.5 years of searching, countless showings, and one unforgettable journey.
My clients, Donna and Jim, were looking for their forever home, and just before finding this dream house, we were under contract on another one she adored. Despite major water issues found during inspection, she loved it enough to look past them. Jim and I had to step in and convince her to let it go, promising her that the *right* home was just around the corner.
Two days after canceling, this home popped up-literally right around the corner. It was absolute fate.
From selling their home off-market —smooth and hassle-free with an “as-is” agreement so they wouldn’t be bothered with repair requests-to seeing her settled and already making friends with the neighbors in her forever home... my heart is so full.
