Many people have heard that home staging helps sell homes faster and for more money, especially in today’s competitive housing market. Yet many people don’t know how the process of staging a home works, are unsure about the costs of staging, and many have confused decorating a home with actually staging a home.
I am here to help answer all the questions you have about home staging. I am an HRS certified professional home stager and redesigner. With my knowledge of home staging and my passion of home decorating, I can transform your home to make it more welcoming and inviting. This will give the home a better, more memorable first impression for potential buyers. My ability to use the existing furnishings and objects in the home in creative ways will also help save the home owner money. Therefore I can help home owners not only to sell their homes faster but also for more money from the sale.
I am also a mom with 2 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. Getting the house ready for sale while still living in the home with kids and pets is very challenging. I can relate to this as it is an issue our family has gone through as well. As a professional home stager my job is to create a beautiful, warm, welcoming, and inviting place for the buyers to see and feel the potential of a new home. I can accomplish this in a practical way for the home owner while they still live in the home.
