Hello from the McDowell Point Team!
We’re excited to introduce the dedicated team working behind the scenes to support and grow our community. Each member brings a unique set of skills, perspectives, and passion, united by a shared commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging space for everyone.
From left to right, we have Jim, our dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator. He consistently brings creativity and thoughtfulness to his role, developing engaging activities that enrich our residents’ experience within the community. Aubree, our Sales Consultant and proud Texan, is dedicated to welcoming wonderful new residents and helping them feel at home in our community. Zandria, our multi-talented Maintenance Supervisor, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our residents enjoy a truly maintenance-free lifestyle. Last but not least, Francesca, our Community Manager, brings years of experience in property management and is dedicated to guiding our team in delivering an exceptional experience—ensuring our community truly feels like home.
