This closing was a long time coming for sure. It can be challenging to deal with because it's so many curve balls and obstacles that can slow the process down or might even cause one to get discourage. However, it's all about the team of professionals to propel you forward.

But of course, my sellers remain determined and were able to secure a buyer.

We got it done!!!!

Congratulations to both of my clients: The Seller ( Smith/White Family) and the buyer. I'm very honored to have served as a dual agent on this deal. I'm excited to have helped both of you all achieve your real estate goals.

We have, on each of the spectrum, came a long way to arrive at this table, but no matter the road we took we got here. This closing is near and dear to my heart.

My Granny JuJu trusted me with the task of selling her precious home where she raised all of her children, grandchildren, and even tended to her great grands. I spent a lot of my childhood growing up in this home. So, this closing was emotional for me on a different level.

The beauty of this closing is the home stays in the family. My big cousin James and his beautiful wife Roberta stepped in to keep the legacy going by purchasing the property. I can't wait for what is in store for you both on your real estate journey.

I had the pleasure of representing both sides of this transaction.
