🚨 Big changes in Chicago area real estate this week.

If you’ve been searching for homes on Zillow and noticed fewer listings, there’s a reason.

The Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED MLS) feed to Zillow was cut this week, meaning Zillow can’t display homes it no longer receives from the MLS feed.

What does this mean for buyers and sellers in Naperville and the Chicago suburbs? 👇

🏡 Some listings may temporarily not appear on Zillow
🏡 Buyers may need to search multiple websites
🏡 Local agent websites and MLS access are becoming even more important
🏡 Sellers should make sure their home is being marketed across multiple platforms

This is a reminder that Zillow is NOT the MLS — it’s a third-party site that depends on listing feeds.

As a local Realtor, I always recommend buyers work directly with an agent to make sure they are seeing ALL available homes in real time.
