There’s a moment during almost every home search that I wish I could bottle up forever.

It’s the second the nerves quiet down… the imagining begins… and my clients realize:

Memorial Day weekend always feels like the start of summer around here - patios opening, kids out playing later, neighbors gathering, grills fired up. ☀️

And while I love all of that, I never want to lose sight of what this day truly represents.

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and the families who carry that loss every day.
