2025 Assessments & Publication

Dear Residents,

The 2025 assessments will be available on our website's Parcel Search on August 14th. The 2025 assessments include the Supervisor of Assessments equalization factor of 1.0790. This assessment is subject to future County and State equalization. After publication a property owner has 30 days to file an appeal with the DuPage County Board of Review.

Planned communities are great. Just be sure to read the rules and regulations. Also a good idea to request the last 12 months of minutes from board meetings to see if there is any problems being discussed.
