In addition to being a Realtor, Gina is an experienced real estate investor. She can advise those interested in buying
property with the intent to rent or flip the home. Having experience with new construction, renovations, flipping, and renting properties she can assist with estimated cost of repairs and is qualified to act as the general contractor for any renovation project. When she has free time Gina likes spending it with her three kids. She loves animals and has an American Staffordshire Terrier named Olive and a mini rex rabbit named Milo. She is also an avid gardener, golfer, and loves to fish. The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients. The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance Realtor's skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they may have about home values. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions. And, The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties. Gina has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communications from Elmhurst University. She serves on the Building Review Board for the City of Naperville. The Building Review Board investigates and makes recommendations on variance requests from the City's building codes. Gina is also on The Education Advisory Group for Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. The Education Advisory Group helps provide educational insight for class topics and speakers for Realtors so they can stay relevant in the marketplace. And she is also a member of The Engagement Committee at Elmhurst University. The Engagement Committee, a subset committee of the Alumni Association Board, helps plan events and engage with other alumni.
