1️⃣This closing reminded us that getting an offer is only one part of the job.

πŸ’²Several days into the transaction, there was a financing hiccup. (Reason #3245 you should use your agent's preferred agent) Closing delayed as they sorted that out. Clear to Close came the morning of closing. πŸ˜…
πŸ’¦But then...Just two hours before closing, the buyers discovered water in the basement during their final walk-through. Our team immediately jumped into action, and Restoration 1 of Fox Valley was onsite within 35 minutes. Within the hour the crews were there to remove the water, clean & sanitize, remove debris, and begin the dry out process. And... we still closed. On a Friday after 5. On the last Friday of the month. πŸ™Œ

Great marketing helps secure the buyer. It takes experience, relationships, and the ability to solve problems get you to the closing table.
