UNDER CONTRACT IN LOMBARD 04 mar 2023. These are relocation buyers who are moving from Ohio. The buyers needed a home immediately as they close on their own house by Mar 10th. It was one day of 200 miles driving distances between showings but we dis put in an offer and were under contract the same day! Great thing about tnis property? Its walking distance from the Metra station that goes straight to the city!

Everyones asking the same question: where have all the houses gone? Theres no inventory on the market as homes get snatched by the minute from the private listing network. Anything that does hit the market has bidding wars on it. Where are all the sellers? Where are all the houses? What is up with all this madness!!😱

As interest rates start to climb, everyones panicking and it seems like its impossible to purchase right now.
Getting an accepted offer on a house seems like an oscar moment. Seriously. Its the same for rentals. Zero inventory.

I have walked out of homes which hit the market only a few hours ago, only to see them under contract by the time I shut my car door to head back home. Homes which have not even hit the market on the private listing network are already under contract. New contruction is the only way left and it seems like people are camping outside to get in line for that too. Its a mad time in the real estate market. All across the usa.
