Not every closing is picture-perfect… and this one truly tested every ounce of experience, persistence, and problem-solving.

This Tinley Park townhome purchase started back in early February and quickly became one of the most challenging transactions I’ve seen:
• Seller’s attorney was hospitalized with no backup for nearly half the deal
• Listing agent was out of the country for 7 weeks
• Co-listing agent didn’t have direct contact with the seller
• Attorney review never formally closed because repairs were still being negotiated… the DAY before closing
• Seller walked away from the closing table, upset over net proceeds—leaving buyers temporarily without a home
• Legal action was being discussed

At the very last minute on Friday, the seller agreed to sign… but funding couldn’t be processed in time.

After months of uncertainty, countless calls, and nonstop coordination… we FINALLY closed yesterday afternoon.

This wasn’t luck. This was experience, strategy, and refusing to let clients fall through the cracks.
