Sometimes, as a realtor, you see some interesting design choices in people's homes that make you sit and wonder. 🤔

In older homes, the bathrooms may occasionally have carpet. 😅

While I know it may have been a big trend back in the day, seeing homes that still have the carpet does make me pause. 😬

When looking at a home be ready to think outside the box and envision yourself there, not what’s in front of you. For example, if I fell in love with a home with carpet in the bathroom, it would be the first thing to go when I moved in. 🫣

Who else would want to renovate a carpeted bathroom ASAP? ✋
