UPDATE:
Hey Followers,
I was recently offered the opportunity to transition into a new role within my company and I took it! I am now the Lead Market Coordinator for the state of Wisconsin!
What does this mean? I'll be working primarily with Listing Agents and sellers to help prep their homes to list on the market. I also help them launch their homes in the MLS, Redfin, and other major sites when ready. Last but not least, I assist with post mutual tasks once they are under contract with a buyer.
Am I still helping buyers? Not currently but, I have a team of people who can assist if you or someone are looking to purchase a home in Illinois or Wisconsin.
I love being an agent and will eventually return to that role but, this position works perfectly for me right now. I have a better work/life balance and can work 100% remotely which is a HUGE plus during the pandemic.
If you know me, then you know I'm all about growth! This position is allowing me not only to hold a license in another state but, I also get to learn a different side of real estate.
