Congratulations to these amazing buyers on their new home!

We first connected last year when they started thinking about upsizing. Their biggest priority? Staying within their elementary school boundaries, which narrowed our search to just a few highly desirable neighborhoods.

When this home became available through the Private Listing Network, they immediately knew it was the one. We toured it, moved quickly, and submitted a strong offer right away. When multiple offers came in, we worked together to find thoughtful ways to make theirs even more appealing. I stayed in constant communication with the listing agent to understand what mattered most to the sellers and position my clients for success.

Helping families navigate buying and selling at the same time is one of my favorite parts of this job. So many homeowners assume they can't buy until they sell or that they have to rely on a home sale contingency that can be difficult to win with in today's market. The reality is that with the right strategy and preparation, there are often more options than people realize.
