Every home we help buy or sell is an opportunity to support something bigger. Through our partnership with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals over the past 15 years, our office has donated over $61,000 to support the incredible work of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

That contribution is part of a much larger story. Since 1992, REMAX affiliates across the U.S. and Canada have raised more than $226 million for local children's hospitals.

Month of Miracles is a reminder that the work we do isn't just about houses. It's about people, community, and creating opportunities to make a lasting difference.

Anne & I have shared so many milestones from playgroup days chasing toddlers, to celebrating our oldest kids heading off to college, to comparing notes while our middle kids studied in London last semester. Now we’re finding ourselves talking about aging parents and all that comes with this stage of life.

It was truly an honor to help her and her mom with the sale of her mom’s home. Thank you both for trusting me with such an important transition. I know these moments are about so much more than real estate—they’re about memories, family, and moving forward.

My buyers recently faced more than a few unexpected challenges: the sellers didn’t schedule an inspection required by the city, movers arrived a day late, closing had to be rescheduled, and the sellers weren’t fully moved out until the evening after closing.

Through it all, they remained calm, positive, flexible, and focused on the big picture—their new home.
