We’re super excited to be listening our first North Naperville rental condo! We’re in the closing process but we’re shooting for June 1st move in 😊 we’re very happy to accept section 8 renters and will be listing on Affordablehousing.com, however I can’t put our property up til we have it titled in our name. It’s a one bedroom but it’s truly beautiful, updated kitchen and bathroom with a courtyard view/great space for kids to play. My mom recently passed away and we started our company in her honor in hopes of helping single parents get access to affordable housing in good school districts.
