Follow this list for 90 days straight and share your results.
• In 3 Days: You’ll get out of your funk.
• In 14 Days: The time-blocking skills you didn’t know you have will become non-negotiables.
• In 21 Days: You’re a Baddie w/ a pipeline of business.
Translation: At least one deal is percolating. A win is a win!
• In 30 Days: Your month-end highlight reel is dope.
• In 75 Days: You’re so in the zone, distraction—“I don’t know her.”
• In 90 Days: You’re showing others how it’s done.

Daily REal Moves
1. Wake up and say: “I move with purpose—before 9am—today.”
2. Hydrate within 30 minutes of waking.
3. Eat at least one intentional meal (planned—not grabbed).
4. Move your body for 15–30 minutes.
5. Take one income-producing action.
6. Post or prep ONE thing of service to the public, your clients, your community, and/or your industry.
7. Take 20 minutes to learn something new.
8. Sit in silence with yourself for 5 minutes.
9. At day’s end, write down one thing you did right.
10. Wind down, without a screen, for 20 minutes before bedtime.
