I began my real estate career as a marketing coordinator for the Pickens and Placko team in 2010 after graduating from Marquette University with a degree in advertising. In this role I learned how to properly market a home to get it sold quickly and for top dollar. I also developed the knowledge needed to help buyers reach their home ownership goals. ctly with clients at a direct response marketing agency, consulting with multi-million dollar organizations on the full range of their marketing efforts including: website, email, direct mail, social media, and more. Born and raised in Naperville, IL, I developed a deep love and appreciation for living in Chicago’s suburbs. While I grew up in the west suburbs, I acquired an understanding of the entire Chicagoland area as I traveled to different cities each weekend as a youth hockey player. After marrying my wife, Kassie, I moved to Chicago’s north side, and have gained a deeper appreciation of all the different neighborhoods this great city has to offer. ASSOCIATIONS

What do this pic and home listing photos have in common? Prep work - it’s hard work to look this good! 💁🏼‍♂️ There are tons of things you need to do to ensure your pictures wow people online but the biggest thing is clearing stuff out. The emptier and cleaner you can keep your surfaces the better. We want to make sure people can see everything and create as much space as possible! Feature Friday: Everyone knows Chicago’s favorite cuisine is seafood, right? Right? We’ll maybe not, but after a trip to in Libertyville it might be. This Lobster roll was *chef’s kiss* plus the whole place has a really fun beach vibe. 10/10.
