I truly believe in giving back and building community. When I started by business in 2019 I decided I would make giving back an integral part of my business. I donate 15% of my commission on every home purchase or sale and the buyer or seller gets to pick where the money goes. I encourage people to choose local nonprofits so the money stays in our community but that is not a requirement. To date, since mid-2019, I have donated over $140,000. As I tell my buyers and sellers, Your Move Makes a Difference, not just to you, but to a nonprofit you love too! 🤝❤

This sale had a lot of challenges but we got it done. The city had a required pre-sale inspection that really complicated things a lot. That was a new experience for both me and the seller. But the seller stepped up & made some improvements and we found the right buyer who wanted to live on this really sweet street and was willing to do the garage updates that were needed. My client was able to close and move on with the next phase of her life. It is true in real estate, no 2 transactions are ever the same! And this one really taught me a lot - pre-sale inspections, 203k loans and more!

My neighbors at 5024 Coneflower had a great opportunity for a new position in another state but their house would have to sell fast to make it all work. We had so many moving parts, job finalization, a rental home out of state to find, pets to work with and more! But we got it done. The sellers were amazing – decluttering experts & amazing homeowners who made amazing updates and took great care of their home! Anything my stager or I suggested, they did. I had the home cleaned on a Monday, lightly staged on Tuesday and pictures on Wednesday. We went live on Thursday with showings starting Friday and were under contract by Tuesday. All the timing was ideal! My sellers were able to go on a family vacation that was in danger of being postponed – Whew! Now the buyers can enjoy the pool for a couple of months and my sellers can start the next journey of their life in South Carolina. Congratulations to all.
