šÆ Being a Managing Broker for 400+ Agentsā¦
Itās a lot. Calls. Texts. Emails. The same questions over and over. Contract issues. Compliance. Ethics disputes. Helping agents negotiate, guiding them through tough situations, taking the weight when things donāt go as planned.
Some days, it feels like youāre being pulled in a thousand different directions. Some days, it feels like a thankless job. And Iād be lying if I said I havenāt thought about walking away.
But thenā¦ you get an email like the one I got the other day. An agent reaching out, not because they needed something, but because they wanted to say thank you. Thank you for the guidance. Thank you for the support. Thank you for helping them grow.
And in that moment, every challenge, every long day, every tough callāit all feels worth it.
Because real leadership isnāt about the work. Itās about the impact. Itās about giving people a space to grow, collaborate, and build something bigger than themselves. And thatās a responsibility Iāll never take lightly.
