This deal definitely was not without challenges but every time we got knocked down we just got back up to bat.
It didn't help there was a big storm the night before the final walk through. You can imagine the shape a back yard with a lot of trees was in. π«¨
Luckily the damage wasn't terrible, it was just a mess.
But little by little, we were able to work through it with a lot of back and forth with all parties.
It helped that everyone was playing on the same team. That doesn't always happen. The seller was very solution based and always said, "Well, what can we do?" He could have just as easily lost it.
So we went over options in each scenario, the pros & cons, and then picked the best choice.
When you have unexpected things come up that complicate the transaction it sometimes takes a lot to be patient and have faith.
However we kept the faith and eventually the seller signed on the dotted line handing the baton off to it's new owner & everyone lived happily ever after. π
It could have been complicated but it didn't need to be.
