We have come a long way. Our trades are complete with HVAC, plumbing and electric all done inside the house.

We now are working on finishing up the drywall do we can begin the rest of the interior work to include cabinets, tile, paint and finishes. We're getting close!

With these crazy times, comes unfortunately delays and extra costs. Our trusses have been delayed now for well over 6 weeks! While this is stopping us from proceeding on the interior of the house, we are still able to do work on the exterior.

So we are preparing the landscape and doing simultaneous work around the lot. Removing brush and grading off the property to magic this a truly magical lot.

The block construction has begun.

This house is going to be beautiful, modern, new, and clean.

I'm so grateful to be on this journey doing the things I love in such a beautiful area.

We are starting to block up the walls tomorrow on the beautiful new build. Already receiving tons of interest and showings on this property.

What is your favorite part of sunny florida???

Mine is getting to build beautiful projects here in this climate which originated as ideas while soaking up the sun and salty air.
