Baby Shyla is officially 3 months as of April 3rd! I can’t believe I have a little girl! Still insane to me! I swore she was a boy the whole time 🤦🏻‍♀️But she’s here and she’s beautiful. She definitely over dramatic like her momma, loves to hear the sound of her own cries and she’s keeping me on my toes!! She’s a handful but I love her so much and I can’t wait until Maverick actually likes her and wants to claim her as a sibling 😂😂

Bringing in NYE 2024 as calmly as possible with this baby due any day now! I’ve partied so many years before this on this day and I think this was Gods way of saying, “sit your ass down, relax and come into this new year with peace, patience and perspective!” Heres to this year being way better than the last and to a safe and sound 2024! So excited for my fantastic buyers that closed on their first investment property in Cape Coral! 🎉💃🏻
These Wisconsin natives fell in love with our area when they came down for a vacation and decided they not only wanted to own a little piece of paradise but also build up their portfolio by investing in an income producing property here in SWFL. 🏡
They entrusted me to help them find the area and home that fit their budget, needs and family the best.
