Another wonderful review we have received during these trying times for everyone. At Cambridge we always try to help and to communicate efficiently!

“Good morning,
My name is Kathy Fogler and I am on the Board. I don't have internet; so I can't email you.
Because I am the only Board Member that lives here year round; I have constantly asked Mark for assistance with maintenance. He has always taken care of problems , immediately.
Well, now, regarding the hurricane. He was here, by himself, for hours; before and after, securing the property. Craig, President of the Board, advised Mark of the destruction that we had and the issues have been addressed and repaired. We, as a complex, were very fortunate.
Thank you to Cambridge for taking such good care of…”

We hope everyone is safe and doing well during these times. We would like to share a nice message we received from one of our board members!

“Good Morning, With all the issues and complaints you’ve had to deal with thanks to Ian, I wanted to thank you for the quick responses to the immediate problems in Island 2, Pelican Sound. We are on the third floor, and although we have no A/C and our cars are destroyed, our units are quite livable, and we have been able to have two neighbor families live with us now. The restoration company that you engaged has been most considerate and patient with all of our first floor neighbors-they have lost everything and are devastated. The company helped provide a sense of peace that has helped us all so much. In addition we are very grateful that now any questions or issues that we have are being addressed by you quickly and we are not left hanging for days without a response. You and we are all stressed beyond normal limits, and we thank you for what you are doing to help us.”

If you live in Florida you know how bad the mosquitos can get! Fortunately, there are ways for us to protect ourselves. 🙌🏼

A few interesting points this article mentions is:
1. "Discard old tires, bottles, pots, broken appliances, and other items that may collect water."
2. "Choose insect repellents that contain DEET, picaridin, oil of lemon eucalyptus, or IR3535."
3. "For children, spray your hands first and then rub the repellent on the child’s skin. Use mosquito netting for children under two months of age."
