The U.S. Census Bureau released numbers which shows that Florida is gaining more than 2.7 million residents since 2010. Population growth 📈 is a driving factor for the Florida housing market. Low taxes, sunshine 🌞 and the relaxed culture has a big impact on people's decision moving to Florida.
Even millennials considering Florida as their new home state 🏡 since the pandemic. Inventory is still below the level of demand.

Checking out the construction site 🚧 for my buyers/sellers is important to me. Especially when they can't be there all the time.

Why does it make sense in general to hire a construction 🏗️ manager:

✅ They oversea the planing and
✅ Delivery of products/ materials
✅ Ensure the work is complete 💯
✅ On time and within budget
✅ Communicate with buyer/ seller on
a regular base
