Why should you consider SELLING your real estate right now?
Pictured below is $25 in gold coins prior to 1933. It was written into the constitution, that all money and currency was to be backed by silver and gold. In 1933 FDR changed this, and less than 100 years or about 3 generations , most people have no knowledge of US gold coins and even fewer have ever even seen them before.
This $25 in US coins is worth roughly $2600. Obviously it is the value of gold that makes them have this value. The coins themselves did not change there is less than 1.25 oz of gold in those coins. The value of our US Dollar has changed!!! We see it in inflation. Our country has never experienced the speed of change than the past 3 years. This has happened several times in history though, and we can learn or prepare based on past events.

So why should you consider selling your real estate?
If you are older and not aware, interest rates namely mortgage rates have moved from 2% in 2022 to around 8% rt now. This is a very important component of pricing and buying when people use debt to purchase. Price of anything is INVERSELY related to interest rates. Eventually the prices will correct or come lower, only if we, the US stops printing new money. If the US continues printing new money, the dollar falls further in value.
No one can time any fair and free market, but we can see trends and general direction.

Today I got to see a couple of old friends, and great people of Skywatch Birds 🦅. They are a non profit, that run based on volunteers and public donations. They help, save, rescue and rehab birds from around our area. They are open to the public most days until 4. We brought some bird seed out, and I got see Ms Savanna, and these huge Emu’s goodness they have very large feet!!! Give these guys a follow, it is always great to see a family follow a calling.
