March 2023 housing market statistics show that Southwest Florida remains a highly desirable area for home buyers.
Closed sales for Collier County, which includes Naples and Marco Island, were down just 15% from the peak of last year’s buying frenzy. For reference, closings were down 16% in February 2023, down 36% in January 2023, and down 44% in December 2022.
