🏖️ Mortgage Monday | Naples Condo Market Update

The Naples condo market is showing some serious momentum.

We’ve seen more than a 50% increase in pending condo sales month over month, a strong sign that buyers are returning to the market after a slower couple of years.

What’s driving the surge?

✅ Many hurricane-related assessments are nearing completion or have already been paid
✅ Condo associations are funding reserves and becoming financially stronger
✅ Insurance rates are stabilizing and, in some cases, decreasing
✅ Buyers have more confidence and clarity about future ownership costs

For buyers, this creates an opportunity to purchase in communities that have already completed major improvements and addressed many of the concerns we’ve been discussing over the past few years.

☀️ Mortgage Monday coming to you from the new Juice Society in Park Shore — definitely go check them out if you get a chance!

This week we’re talking about the ups and downs of mortgage rates and why trying to perfectly time the market can be risky. While rates continue to fluctuate, one thing we are seeing here in Naples is inventory starting to tighten up again and the market improving heading into next season.

If rates come down and buyer demand increases, there’s a strong chance sellers may raise prices as competition heats up. Sometimes waiting for the “perfect” rate could actually cost more in the long run.

The good news? Buyers always have the opportunity to refinance later — but they can’t go back and buy at today’s prices. Now may be the time to make a move before the next wave of demand hits. 🏡📈
