Growing up in the heart of Naples with family located throughout SWFL, I am extremely knowledgable of the local neighborhoods, schools, dining, hospitality, and of course beaches. I started my professional career as a Sales Manager for 5 years at the Customer Service Leader, Nordstrom. I then took my sales and marketing experience and transitioned into the role of Director of Business Development

for Clive Daniel Home, a large interior design firm in Naples. Here I worked directly with builders and investors on spec properties and model homes and oversaw the design team process and marketing of each project. I also became seasoned in working with investors versus end-users. During my time in this position, I received the Collier Building Industry Association's "Marketing Director of the Year" award for 2020. My last role prior to joining the Brooker | McMurray Group at Compass, was Director of Sales and Marketing at a local design build construction company. My focuses were on marketing as well as managing the new construction process for end users. This position gave me valuable experience in supporting clients throughout both new construction and renovation processes. My corporate training in customer service and sales laid the foundation for my passion to provide the ultimate client experience for my customers. My fine tuned understanding of the design build industry has enabled me to add the maximum value to my clients throughout the buying, selling, and investment process of real estate. Compass' high touch approach to their clients and their agents is exactly what makes it the perfect brokerage for me, and for you!
