Our luxury family home is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, (neighbors very friendly) within a gated community. Professionally furnished, the accommodation comprises a king size bed in the master suite, queen in bedroom 2 and in bedroom 3, two twin beds. The living room with a separate formal dining area seats 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast area seating for 4.�Outstanding features of our home is both the main suite and queen 2nd bedrooms and living room, kitchen area have patio doors leading onto the enclosed large patio/pool area, becomes the main living area for homes in Florida and with a totally private aspect is ideal for all meals, with seating for 6. This home does not offer garage access for guests.

This fantastic home is one of Briarwood's most requested Granada Models. The owner made a fabulous decision to have both master suites at the back of the home overlooking the peaceful sounds of the pool and waterfall spa, giving them the ability to enjoy the poolside in the evening without fear of keeping the children awake. Both masters have king size beds, private bathrooms and sliding glass doors overlooking the lanai.

There is a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom with a shared bath between them in the front hall off the living room. All the bedrooms have upgraded flat screen TV's.

The fantastic pool area is a wonderful vision from almost every room in this bright and open home. There is a table with six chairs in the center area and a table with 4 chairs by the summer kitchen which gives the children their own space. Lounge all day by the pool on one of the 4 chaise loungers, or watch the game on the TV in the summer kitchen while manning the BBQ grill. After the kids are tucked in there is always the ability to warm the spa and have some quiet evening adult time as well.

Furnished with 2 king master suites, a queen room and 2 twin beds in the 4th room, this home will accommodate large families . This lovely home has a large living room with a gorgeous view of the lake through its sliding doors. A cozy family room just adjacent to the well equipped kitchen gives a large family or a house full of guests plenty of space to gather. The formal dining room seats six and the breakfast area comfortably seats four. Each bedroom will be equipped with a flat screen TV and a large flat screen TV will be available in the family room for larger gatherings. For your dining pleasure there is a covered seating area on the lanai as well. Relax on the lanai next to the pool while gazing upon your private view of the pristine lake and its natural Florida wildlife.

Our beautiful spacious home is luxury air conditioned living for a more discerning guest. It is an open plan in design with a relaxing sitting area, a charming dining area, 4 generous sized bedrooms and a desk area overlooking the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and several entertaining cable channels. There is a king size bed in each of the two master bedrooms and a queen size bed in the 3rd
and 4th bedroom.
Sliding glass doors to the pool and lanai area make this a bright and beautiful place to entertain. There is a large patio seating area with lush landscaping ready for an intimate outdoor dinner party

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with everything for a self catering relaxing vacation. A dishwasher is supplied so no arguing about clean up makes for a happy retreat!
