I always tell my sellers: if your home is priced right and positioned well, the market will find you.

Earlier this year, a couple came to me in Naples worried about the headlines. They'd heard about slowing sales and were genuinely nervous about whether now was the right time to list.

Because I've been in enough homes on move-in day to know how much it matters.
