We went from a darkish-gray to a fresh, bright white…and what a difference it makes.

Arboretum , I💗 this community. It’s right off of Bayshore Drive and to me it feels tucked away in its own little pocket of calm.

What I love about this community:

✔️ A dog park + walking trail — your pup will approve immediately… Tootsie already feels at home🐶

Today I spent some time in Robb & Stucky, and it confirmed something I see every day as a Realtor…

Design trends matter.

Not because you have to follow them,
but because buyers are walking into stores before they walk into your home.

Right now, I’m seeing:
• Earthy tones (greens, browns, natural textures)
• Organic elements (wood, stone, shells)
• Statement pieces that actually make a statement
• Mixed metals (finally… no more overthinking it)
• Burgundy accents (easy now…we’re still in Florida 😄)
• Gold and champagne finishes
• And butterflies are everywhere.

Here’s the good news, you don’t need a full renovation.

Sometimes all it takes is:
• new pillows
• a lamp swap
• updated artwork
• or one bold piece

Pillows alone can change an entire room. (Seriously… the cheapest glow-up in real estate.)

And remember—everything in your home is an accessory.
Make it feel intentional.

But if you love something? Keep it.
Always.

The goal isn’t trendy.
It’s timeless… with a little edge.

In a competitive market with plenty of inventory, the homes that sell quickly are the ones that stand out.
Before taking on a new listing, I walk through the property with the seller and create a simple preparation plan designed to make the home as appealing as possible to buyers.
Most of the time, it's not major renovations.
Small changes like fresh paint, updated flooring, and modern light fixtures can completely transform how a home feels.

I love watching a home transformation come to life.

We’re just getting started on this one, but the vision is already there. The plan is to paint the walls a crisp white so the natural light can really do its thing. This unit already gets beautiful light throughout the day, and the white walls will reflect it differently from morning to evening, making the whole space feel even brighter and more open.

Once the painting is finished, we’ll move on to upgrading the light fixtures, bringing in new appliances, and installing new flooring.

I can’t wait to watch this place transform step by step. Stay tuned… the “after” is going to be good.

This morning I had the chance to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with my alma mater, Endicott College, and it was such a fun way to reconnect with fellow alumni and friends.

We met early, decorated a trolley, and headed into Olde Naples to ride in the St. Patrick’s Day parade together. It was a great reminder that the connections we make in college often stay with us for decades, no matter where life and our careers take us.

Moments like this make me especially grateful for the community here in Naples and the friendships that continue to grow through shared experiences.

Always nice to mix a little Irish spirit, sunshine, and alumni pride. 🍀
