Some closings mean a little more than others.

I’ve known my client for several years now, and throughout that time, we’ve stayed in touch checking in, talking about the market, and always keeping the possibility of finding the right home somewhere on the horizon.
As she entered a new chapter in her life, the timing finally felt right. We started the search, explored different possibilities, and funny enough, The Vineyards wasn’t even on our radar in the beginning. Sometimes, though, the home you’re meant to find is the one you weren’t looking for.
