Three different parties missed this.
No impact shutters installed—and front glazed openings are not impact-rated.

In Florida, it’s one or the other:
Either protect all openings with shutters, or every opening must be impact-rated.

This is a common oversight in new construction… and it can cost you later in insurance, safety, and compliance.
