Before branching out on our own, Mauricio & I worked locally part time in this industry for a small pet & house sitting company for many years while raising our family. Together we have 25 y

ears of unique backgrounds in property management & maintenance, customer service, & share a strong work ethic. We are very proud to be trained, tested, & trusted in this unregulated industry. Before immigrating to the United States, Mauricio worked for 12 years with Coca Cola in quality control & security. Once here, he was hired, trained, & became certified in asbestos & mold remediation where he worked until coming to Naples in 2006. Since then he has been with Home Depot supporting the needs of local contractors in lumbar, building, & flooring supplies. I have been involved in both residential & commercial real estate on many levels starting in CT in 1985 & continuing in Naples since 1992. Most recently I was involved in the property management of 317,082 square feet of commercial space including industrial, flex, retail, & offices, have my CAM, and am a licensed Realtor. We have deep roots in our community as we have raised 5 boys here connecting us to many professional & social groups. We believe deeply in volunteering our time, talent, & treasure.
