Dear Friends,

It has been quite a year for real estate sales in Naples. Our biggest challenge now is the near absence of inventory. Sales have been so brisk that properties often sell within 24 to 48 hours of listing.

While there are many factors that have contributed to this red-hot real estate market, some things haven't changed. Naples is a beautiful town on the Gulf with white sand beaches, lovely neighborhoods and friendly people. While Florida stayed mostly open during the brutal COVID lock-downs our rate of infection stayed unusually low. Our tax structure is very appealing for all residents but especially for retirees. In uncertain times with rising inflation, good real estate is an outstanding haven and how often can you live in and physically enjoy your long-term investments?

I founded my real estate company in Naples over forty years ago and needless to say, I know this market. Call me if you want to discuss real estate and learn what I know.

A new Ferrari is cool, a vintage Ferrari is awesome. This beauty was parked, carefully, on the grass a half block from our office in Old Naples. This time of year the town is buzzing with visitors, both tourists and snow birds. It's such fun to see what everyone contributes to the mix.
