Exploring More of Florida’s Gulf Coast

I spent the day in Lakewood Ranch today, starting at the Welcome Center, touring several communities and enjoying lunch with friends who live there.

What a wonderful opportunity to experience the area firsthand! Lakewood Ranch offers a very different lifestyle from Naples, but an impressive one-with beautiful communities, extensive amenities and a wide variety of new-construction options.

Having worked with many of the builders represented there, I enjoyed seeing their homes in a different setting and learning more about what Lakewood Ranch has to offer.

As more buyers relocate to Florida, I believe part of providing exceptional service is understanding the choices available to them. Naples is my home and my market, but when someone's perfect Florida lifestyle may be somewhere else, I want to have the knowledge and professional connections to help guide them.

A fabulous and very worthwhile day of exploring!

With very limited inventory currently available, Kensington Golf & Country Club is a community that continues to stand out in the Naples market-particularly for buyers seeking the golf and country club lifestyle.

As a Social Member at Kensington, I’ve had the opportunity to experience the community from a different perspective, and there is so much to appreciate-from the beautiful homes and central Naples location to the golf, amenities, and active social lifestyle. These photos are of Kensington and are a wonderful example of the a few of the amenities the community.

If Kensington has been on your radar, this may be a market worth watching closely. And for homeowners, limited inventory can create an interesting opportunity as we look toward the upcoming Naples season.
