Nico's Team was established in 2011 with one goal in mind: to provide a boutique-style
real estate experience to our clients in Southwest Florida. In the last 12 months, Nico was fortunate enough to help 73 families for over $22M+. and raised in Quito, Ecuador and is fluent in English and Spanish which is
a major asset for conducting business here in Southwest Florida. After moving stateside to
attend University in Connecticut, Nico began his career in real estate shortly after graduating
with his Bachelors in Hospitality Management. When Nico isn’t working, he takes up his time
with his family by enjoying all the great things Collier & Lee Counties have to offer. As a well
known and respected team, other agents understand our clients are our top priority and know we will solidify any transaction.
